AAUW - Contains a variety of resources and grants avaiaible for girls in STEM careers. The goal of the National Girls Collaborative Project (NGCP) is to facilitate collaboration among projects so that they can share resources, work together, and learn from one another. A big part of the NGCP is the creation of a program directory of girl-serving projects.
Association for Women in Mathematics (AMW) - A non-profit organization dedicated to encouraging women and girls in the mathematical sciences. Resources for teachers and students include biographies, forums, awards, scholarships, and other resources.
Association for Women in Science (AWIS) - Dedicated to achieving equity and full participation for women in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Check the web site for information about a scientist of the month, mentoring, scholarships, book reviews, and discussion forum.
California Space Education and Workforce Institute - The STEM Mentoring Program is an outreach program for grade school students that assist teachers in meeting their testing goals in science and mathematics by bringing dedicated local scientists and engineers into the classroom.
